Support at Home limits care management fees to no more than 10% of your total quarterly funding package.
What it covers: Care management fees pay for your care planning, and ensures your provider can spnd time to help manage your budget, coordinate your services and conduct regular check ins and reviews in case your funding requirements & needs change.
Support at Home has cut upfront package management fees, which were previously as much as 15% of your total funding package.
What's new: You will longer have to pay this charge from your total funding allocation. Instead, any admin & compliance costs are only charged on services you use, under the new all-inclusive hourly service costs.
All home care providers must now provide you with an all-inclusive hourly rate, with all associated fees & charges of service delviery included.
What it covers: Your fees cover the cost of service provision as well as all admin & government regulatory requirements. This user-pays system means you’ll only pay for invoice claims & admin on the services you use.
We ensure all our support workers are paid according to the industry SCHADS Award, so that they receive fair pay for the amazing work they do each day in the community.

Our staff enjoy fair and appropriate levels of annual, personal & sick leave and we meet all of our obligations in contributing to their future through relevant superanuations contributions.
We pay our team for the time it takes to travel between our clients' homes and cover their mileage costs, ensuring they are fully reimbursed for travel expenses.
We invest in our people to ensure your service quality through training & upskilling programs. We also engage our team to attend relevant meetings to improve team connection and client servicing. Break times are a given!
