Fair and above the award pay
SAI pays above the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability industrial award, with rates guaranteed. Our pay covers penalty rates when working nights, weekends, public holidays as well as overtime.
Superannuation
We pay superannuation and long service leave (where applicable) that supports your long-term financial security.
Paid training
You are supported with ongoing training opportunities, so you are always in the know on how best to support your clients.
Travel payments
We pay for KMs and for travel between home visits.
Work your way with flexibility
We have more flexible hours to fit in and around your schedule with both part time and casual roles available. Our dedicated rostering team connects you with local home care clients.
We have you covered
Our team have access to a comprehensive insurance package that covers all shifts worked, as well as your pay, tax, entitlements worked out every fortnight automatically.

Our team is never on their own. Our home care and support workers are supported by a dedicated local rostering team, who are their not only to fill your schedule but to also provide support and guidance whenever you need it.
Plus there is a dedicated afterhours line, incident support, covid prevention guidance and confidential counselling and wellbeing service - all just a quick call away.

// About our roles
We support our clients in a range of services to ensure they can continue to live the life they choose in their local community, including:
- Helping around the home (light cleaning and laundry duties)
- Providing personal care
- Assisting with shopping and meal preparation
- Transporting clients to appointments and run errands
- Providing general social support and spending quality team with clients
We provide services across many locations throughout the Mornington Peninsula, we have work available in Carrum Downs, Cranbourne, Frankston, Seaford, Rosebud, Rye, Dromana, Mount Martha, Mornington and surrounding areas, meaning you enjoy working close to home and in your local community!
In joining the team, you must have:
- A genuine caring nature and the desire to help others
- Great communication skills
- Cert III in Aged Care/Individual Support or Cert III in Home & Community Care or Cert IV in Disability (Desirable)
- Be willing to undergo a NDIS workers screen, police check and have your CPR and first-aid certificate.
- Be willing to travel between clients & have your own reliable transport and a driver’s license.
- Up to date COVID Booster & Flu Vaccinations (Mandatory)
